List of Pennsylvania Serial Killers

When thinking about well-known serial killers, Pennsylvania is unlikely to pop up in your mind, even though they have the 7th most serial killer victims in the United States.

Instead, your mind probably thinks of Florida, California, or maybe even Wisconsin, home to some of the states’ most horrific killers. But Pennslyvania has its fair share of brutal and horrible murderers as well.

While this list is incomplete, as there will always be serial killers who fall through the cracks or remain uncaught, here are thirteen of the worst serial killers Pennslyvania has to offer.

Working with other members of the Poison Gang, Bolber helped sell “potions” to wives who were murderous, unhappily married, or just plain out superstitious.

Alongside these murderous concoctions, the gang worked with insurance agents, selling life insurance plans to the women, but the policies were made to benefit the gang members.

From 1932 to 1939, the gang successfully murdered hundreds of people, with Bolber directly connected to 30 – 50 of those murders.

In May of 1939, Bolber and the other gang members were captured and sentenced to life sentences without the chance for parole.
